We are not surprised, he works for AIPAC and goes to Israel at every opportunity. I am still mulling it all over, and have not told my family or friends...I want to have all the answers to all the questions that will be thrown at me. The ' "why" is easy. Israel is our home. Daniel felt this when he was in Israel for the first time with a NFTY group as a young teenager. We put one boy on the plane, and got another one back. A strong Zionist. We are so proud. I don't want him to be lonely, that is my biggest fear...I want him to be fulfilled and happy, what we all want for our children. I feel happy that I too will be a soldier's mom in the near future...after he finishes the ulpan, he is talking about going in the army. Lots of planning ahead. Lots of questions....and I will have the answers!janhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16614592874778093878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4386256495088401444.post-72287881021335541752011-02-25T09:39:50.466+02:002011-02-25T09:39:50.466+02:00Thank you, I so agree. For me, its far beyond getting in to Harvard or Yale or any other elite university. Its not just the education they are getting, the responsibilities they are learning, its their willingness to help carry the burden of the defense of israel on their shoulders.....pelsarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13484951115941335565noreply@blogger.com
