My prayers are with you, though we may hold differing religious persuations, I am very well aware of where my beliefs stem from.

I hope your sons stay a safe as they can and come home to you and your family. My family has a long line of soldiers who have fought for the right of freedom and my brother is currently serving in the US Army. Please know that you and your country do have the support of the American people, no matter what the media or the current administration may say.

Stand strong! I can not fathom what it must be like to live with the fear everyday of not only losing one of your sons, but of being attacked by Hamas/Islamic terrorists. Your country is well within its rights to protect itself from these murderers.

May God bless you and keep you and your family safe and provide the vehicle to end the terror that has beset your country.

Another Gentile friend, from AmericaBonnienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4386256495088401444.post-85388337133149304012010-06-19T22:07:36.566+03:002010-06-19T22:07:36.566+03:00Powerful entry, Paula, as always. Typically, short of war, they are not called and those who are called, if they asked, are told...if you want to come, you're invited. After the first year, all bets are off.

To my friend in Australia - thank you for your support...of my nation, and my sons!

Hey Shelley - thanks as always. You are right on the very front line, a fortress of light, facing the onslaught of the global Jihad by which the sharia-pushers, the caliphate-dreamers, are trying to impose spiritual and physical enslavement upon us all.

Love and blessings for you and your sons and all the mother's sons of Israel, from this Gentile mother in Australia.

Psalm 121.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4386256495088401444.post-34610850857173338692010-06-15T17:17:50.941+03:002010-06-15T17:17:50.941+03:00My son said it was traditional to get one year off...My son said it was traditional to get one year off between when you finish your service and your first reserve duty. But he's already been told when to report for reserve duty training and it's well before that year is up. He doesn't have to go for a while yet and I think it's just some meaningless army scheduling thing, but after the last week, I've been wondering and waiting.Barbaranoreply@blogger.com
