A beautifully and horrifically sad video of our captives. We want them home. So far, Hamas has released two American hostages and two elderly Israeli women whose husbands remain in captivity. A news correspondent correctly responded that this release by Hamas was not a humanitarian release, but a medical one.
A humane release would, at very least, have included the release of the husbands as well. Now, they live in terror and worry. The rest? We don't know.
We are trying to have hope but we know they have raped women, we know many of the captives are wounded. We know too much to believe they will all come home alive and well and yet we pray.
This is a beautifully sad video that brings tears to my eyes. Babies. Children. Orphans. Some saw their parents murdered and now are captive.
Bring them home.
