We Will Send Out an Army...We Will Rescue You

A few years ago, an incredibly talented singer named Lauren Daigle wrote a song called, Rescue. The words proved to be prophetic. Though I know she must have written them for something else, they are so incredibly matched to the horror of our lives right now...and in turn, our commitment to bring the hostages home.

President Joe Biden, who was never expected to continue to support Israel in the long run, is already demanding that we stop. He forbade us to go in to Rafah...and we did.

Last night, we went into Rafah in the darkness of the night and found two of our hostages. Alive. Well. One in his 60s, one in his 70s. Our soldiers quickly put helmets and vests on them and surrounded them - four soldiers to a hostage, and brought them out. The soldiers willingly became human shields...so unlike Hamas' human shields...their wives, their children, anyone's wife, anyone's child.

Last night, two hostages came home...and two soldiers fell in battle.

And Lauren's beautiful song echoes in my mind...there are still 134 hostages...we will rescue you...
