New details are emerging on the rescue of Kaid Farhan Elkadi. He was held alone, sometimes in complete darkness, down in the tunnels of hell in Gaza.
Kaid is one of dozens of Muslims caught up in the terror attack of October 7 in which Jews, Christians and Muslims were brutally murdered and kidnapped.
The soldiers came to rescue him...he heard them speaking Hebrew and began to believe. Somehow, they guided him safely to them without triggering the explosives that were to create his final resting place deep under Gaza.
He came home, grateful to the Jews who cared enough, who risked their lives, to save one good Muslim man who has 11 children and a large family waiting, praying for him.
It is true that in many wars there is no good and evil side...each side has something, wants something, and there is a conflict. Sorry, but that is not the case here. We want to live; they want us dead. That simple.
