There are all sorts of phrases about truth.
"In anger, truth will out."
"The truth will set you free"
"If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything" (Mark Twain)
"Seek and you shall find"
"The truth is out there"
To find the truth, you have to understand the reason why someone is lying. What is their goal? What are they trying to accomplish...
We are being lied to by the media. YOU are being lied to. They are trying to control the narrative.
